Responsibilities for Project Engineer include but are not limited to:

· Manage capital projects for fixed assets from concept through closeout

· Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets to meet project goals

· Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards (NEE, NAS, NIMT) and safety regulations (OSHA, HACCP)

· Monitor project performance using KPIs and control costs

· Promote safe work practices, ethical conduct, and cross-functional communication

· Support all project phases:

· Concept: ROI, sustainability, approvals

· Design: fit-for-purpose design, value engineering

· Execution: safe installation, vendor coordination, progress reporting

· Closeout: on-time delivery, training, documentation

Candidates for Project Engineer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related).

· 1–3+ years’ relevant experience (project experience preferred).

· Knowledge of plant design, equipment procurement, and food safety standards.

· Experience with CAPEX budgeting and financial analysis.

· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Tools: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Visio, NIMT, Lean Manufacturing.
