Job Description: Basic Description: The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager in the completion of tasks involved in project start- up, construction document flow, meeting minutes, printing documents, reviewing plans & specifications, assisting will billing, tracking production, creating work plans, identifying hazards, working with & supporting field personnel to ensure projects completion.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assists the Project Manager in all aspects of operational project management
โ€ข Submittal review and tracking
โ€ข Resource allocation, task planning and progress reporting
โ€ข Reviewing plans & specifications, assisting with billing, tracking production, creating work plans, identifying hazards, working with & supporting field personnel to ensure projects completion
โ€ข Preforms all other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Required Skills:
โ€ข Three years' experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
โ€ข Must have a good knowledge about construction divisions, specifications and drawings
โ€ข Excellent organizational and time management skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and resolve issues/problems
โ€ข Excellent written and oral communication skills
โ€ข Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HCSS, Microsoft Project
โ€ข Valid driver's license and transportation
โ€ข Must have the ability to pass background checks for Government Facility Access
