We have offices in Manassas, VA; Richmond, VA; Columbus, OH and projects in 5 states (VA, PA, MD, OH, IN). We have been in business for over 20 years and have become the leading site contractor for the data center industry. We work on parcels ranging from 20-100+ acres. B&S is looking for a key player to add to the team. A Project Engineer will oversee planning and coordinating technical engineering aspect of the project to make sure work conforms to project specifications, within budget and schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project. Project Engineers manage the planning and processes of a project and coordinate responsibilities with field managers to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the type of industry, company or project theyโ€™re working on, but typically include the following: Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner. Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project. Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise. Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals. Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
