This established, high-volume manufacturing company designs and builds turnkey automated systems used across a wide range of plant operations. The team is focused on delivering innovative, high-impact solutions to solve complex manufacturing challenges. Due to continued growth and expanding business, our client is seeking a talented and driven Project Engineer/Manager to join their team.


The current opening is for a Project Manager. Main duties include:

Manage projects from concept through completion โ€“ overseeing the design and build of complex automation systems

Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with performance expectations

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and consistent project updates

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations with suppliers, vendors, and contractors

Collaborate closely with engineering and machine build teams to support successful project execution


Qualifications for the Project Manager include:

A four-year degree (Engineering or related field preferred)

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer

Hands-on experience with capital equipment or automated systems strongly preferred

Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong leadership capability with the ability to drive projects forward

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
