We currently have an opening for a Business Development, Parts in our Mason location (Hybrid). Responsibilities include:


Development of the business plan:

  • In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
  • We currently have an opening for a Distribution Center Coordinator in our Las Vegas location. Responsibilities include:

Together, we secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers.
  • Formulation of business unit strategy.
  • Acquire a complete understanding of customer needs, the product catalog and market dynamics, including competitive pricing and go-to-market models.
  • Identify operating requirements including facility, equipment, personnel and systems.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to develop an inventory stocking and replenishment strategy, ensuring service requirements will be achieved.
  • Develop a pricing strategy consistent with the market and the company's profit objectives.
  • Establish sales, gross profit and EBITDA objectives.
  • Produce the execution plan, including Gantt chart critical path analysis of all business unit elements required for launch.
  • Execution of the business plan:
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, DC and other key teams to ensure an effective transition to new parts business model, enhancing service capabilities and maximizing business unit performance.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure cost advantage, supply continuity and logistics efficiency.
  • Secure operational assets and resources required for business unit launch.
  • Implement parts pricing models in Oracle.
  • Progressively launch the parts business model per the business plan.
  • Operational management:
  • Provide effective leadership, guidance and development of the business unit team.
  • Travel to markets and communicate with customers and account managers, assessing market trends and business opportunities.
  • Assess and manage business unit performance, mitigating risks and exploiting opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies for maximizing competitive advantage.
  • Negotiate and communicate with outside vendors as appropriate.
  • Lead/participate in project related teams as required.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and seminars as required.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Financial management:
  • Development and management of the fiscal year P&L budget.
  • Provide monthly performance reporting, including forecast guidance.
  • Develop performance management dashboards for real-time business analytics.

Requirements for this position


  • Four-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus education.
  • 7 - 10 industry or industry related experience.
  • Previous experience selling to builders or new construction preferred.
  • Must be willing to regularly travel overnight.
  • Must have a valid driver license.
  • Above average communications skills.
