Senior General Manager

You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision by directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee, and acting as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager. You will also complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls. You will drive our business forward by always motivating your team to do their best in every guest interaction. This is an hourly role.
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
  • Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
  • Assist in attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
  • Act as a brand advocate for Victra.
  • Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
  • Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
  • Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
  • Help implement sales tools and initiatives.
  • Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance.
  • Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base.
  • Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs.
  • Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
  • Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members.
  • Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs.
  • Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned.
  • Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions.

Compensation
Pay will include a base rate of $$25.13 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission
What We Are Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift ten pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements
  • Attend and successfully complete required training programs (may include overnight travel at company expense).
  • Complete ongoing online and computer-based training throughout employment.
