To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.
Meet The Team
Fever for Business (F4B) is our B2B organization, built around a simple idea: providing live experiences as a service to other companies.
We help businesses, schools and global brands create memorable events without the usual complexity by providing a reliable, scalable, and high-quality service. From intimate Candlelight Private Concerts or a large-scale multi-city activation, we turn live entertainment into a repeatable business solution that drives employee engagement and brand differentiation. Our team owns the full journey, from initial sales and strategy to global execution, working closely with Fever Originals and Operations to scale B2B experiences smoothly and at a global level.
Join us if you are excited about redefining B2B entertainment, build global partnerships, and turn world-class culture into a seamless business service.
The Role
As our Account Development Associate, you will drive the pipeline for our ticketed experiences in the corporate space, generate new revenue opportunities, and lead the full sales cycle for group ticket sales. You will qualify and nurture inbound interest, develop highly targeted outbound strategies, and close ticket sales while refining the commercial methodologies that will fuel your growth (and ours).
What You'll Do
  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business' corporate ticketing offering.
  • Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Billing, with the various Project Managers, and with the Sales team to align campaigns, share insights, and enhance commercial impact.
  • Track and report key KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on performance data.

What success looks like in your first year
  • 3 months: Ramp up on our offering, tools, and messaging. Start closing your first group ticket sales and meet early pipeline targets.
  • 6 months: Consistently generate, qualify, and advance high-quality opportunities for ticketed experiences within companies and institutions. Improve conversion rates through disciplined follow-up and data-driven iteration.
  • 12 months: Become a key revenue driver for Fever for Business, supported by a repeatable sales playbook and strong internal partnerships that accelerate results. Be prepared for promotion.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education from a top university or business school.
  • Strong interest in Sales; proven experience in B2B Sales, ideally in sales development or business development. Experience in media or events is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch.
  • Creative thinker with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Skilled in crafting presentations and written pitch materials.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.

Why You'll Love It Here
  • Attractive compensation package consisting of an OTE of $65,000 with room to grow.
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.
  • Tax advantage programs: employee-funded accounts like HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Commuter Benefits let you pay for eligible expenses tax-free.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employee-funded, giving you the flexibility to contribute what you choose and enjoy tax advantages while saving for your future.
  • Private health, dental and vision insurance with Cigna.
  • Flexible Parental Leave: We've got you covered! After just 3 months, all parents get 8 weeks at 100% pay, plus your choice of an extra 4 weeks at full pay or 8 weeks at 50% pay to bond with your newest family member.
  • Wellhub membership for gym and wellness access: 100% covered by Fever up to the Bronze plan.
  • Language learning support: English and Spanish lessons.
  • Dynamic international team: a young, talented group creating a great work environment.
