Job description

Job Description

Position Overview

As an Sr. Analyst, Renewable Development with Invenergy, you support our Renewable Development Department on several key functions of the company. This position will be based at our office in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Real Estate acquisition and agreement curative efforts

  • Prepare materials and deliverables as part of securing county, state, and federal permits

  • Attend county meetings, sponsored events, open houses, and other meetings

  • Identify development prospects and perform site screening

  • Assist with project development diligence and other development workstreams

  • Inform project strategy and prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and other materials as needed

  • Track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sDegree

  • 2-4 years of experience with transferrable skill set.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Travel as needed

  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering

  • Familiarity with renewable project development, real estate development, transmission OR power project engineering with a desire to learn more.

  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.

  • Professional, able to maintain confidential information and team oriented.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed.

  • Strong initiative and focused on process improvement.

  • Ability to work in amorphous environment

  • Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy/Utilities Industry.

Base Pay

$72,000.00 - 88,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
