We are seeking a talented, Senior Aviation Project Manager with 10+ years of experience who is interested in contributing to and thriving in a positive, mutually supportive studio environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include all phases of design documentation through construction administration with proven project management skills
- Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited university required
- U.S architectural license preferred
- Experience in Project Management over Design Build and alternative project delivery types is preferred
- Experience in aviation projects or equivalent of large-scale projects is preferred
- Experience in other related industry sectors is welcome
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in REVIT and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
