Job Summary
The Senior Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery management across technology and business teams. This role ensures predictable, on-time delivery by managing scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while operating in an Agile environment. The position requires strong executive communication, influence without authority, and enterprise-first ownership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project scope, milestones, work breakdown structure (WBS), and critical path
  • Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
  • Ensure predictable, on-time delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Provide clear, concise status updates to senior and executive leadership
  • Manage expectations across Technology, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams
  • Influence outcomes without direct authority across strong stakeholder groups
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Maintain a high-ownership, enterprise-first mindset
