Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Delivery Manager / Business Analyst with strong experience supporting US Public Sector initiatives. This role is primarily focused on delivery management, client coordination, and operational execution, while also supporting business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate has experience leading client-facing projects in consulting environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring successful execution of projects involving data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within public sector environments.

This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role requiring strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery activities, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery
  • Facilitate client meetings, status updates, workshops, and operational discussions
  • Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements when needed
  • Translate business needs into actionable tasks and delivery plans for technical teams
  • Track project progress, deliverables, blockers, and escalation points
  • Support project governance, reporting, and operational follow-ups
  • Ensure high-quality communication and stakeholder management throughout project execution

Required Qualifications
  • Advanced English level (written and verbal)
  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong experience working with US Public Sector or Government-related projects
  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting environments
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project delivery lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to organize business requirements and translate them into structured execution plans
  • Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar
