About the role:
The Centralised Energy Services implementations business unit is responsible to develop, deliver and operate electricity, hot water, solar and other emerging energy services to commercial and residential customers. Due to substantial project wins and company growth, we are looking for a experienced plumber/electrician who is seeking to develop their career in project management stream.As Customer Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end to end delivery of a pipeline of Origins centralised energy services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and management of projects within approved budget.
  • Procurement and installation of equipment.
  • Internal liaison with Origin’s Sales, Engineering, Design, Procurement/Supply Chain, HSE and commercial groups, to ensure that cost effective installation is achieved.
  • External liaison with consultants, builders, developers, equipment suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure the project is delivered efficiently.
  • HSE Field Compliance

About You:

Whether you're a qualified Electrician or Plumber seeking to transition into corporate project management, or a seasoned project leader with experience in solar, EV, battery, or similar, this is your opportunity to grow with a big-brand organisation committed to innovation and sustainability. Specifically you will demonstrate:

  • 2-5 years experience in energy services type installations or construction project management.
  • Must possess good oral communication and presentation skills and subcontractor management skills.
  • Product knowledge in other energy services such as electricity, water, solar and emerging services would be beneficial.
  • A self-starter attitude with a proven ability to work autonomously towards tight timeframes and achieve project outcomes.
  • You will contribute to a hard working, dedicated team and bring an enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
