We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team.

Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing wood-frame multi-family projects across Calgary. This is an opportunity to join and help lead a collaborative and innovative team, where your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong commitment to creating a safe working environment.

What You Need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing wood-frame multi-family projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience in estimation.
