Job description

This position supports industrial turnaround projects and requires coordination of workforce administration, timekeeping, reporting, and project support activities at the project site.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Schedule changes daily for field employees changing job sites/ job information

  • Daily time entry and reconciliation

  • Supports employees

  • Collect and maintain site inventory for PPE, materials, and equipment.

  • Assist union workers with Workhub

  • Provide administrative support to Project Manager

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Experience with Fieldglass, Maximo, JDE, UKG, or similar workforce/timekeeping platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Team-management and leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Attention to details even under pressure

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear, sitting for long periods of time.
  • Repetitive movements by wrists and hands in performance of work.
  • Rarely required to bend or lift more than 25 lbs
  • The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
