What are Project Delivery Managers?

Project Delivery Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within an organization. They coordinate teams, manage resources, monitor project progress, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Project Delivery Managers bridge the gap between project teams and upper management to ensure smooth project delivery.
