Job Summary:
Sabot Consulting is a management consulting company focused on providing technical and management consulting to IT executives. They are seeking an AI Delivery Lead Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning initiatives, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
Responsibilities:
• Lead AI/ML project delivery from planning through deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive roadmap development and execution for AI initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure project success.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of experience in project/program management.
• 3+ years leading AI/ML or data science initiatives.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
