Job Overview

CUBE 3 is a dynamic and growing architectural firm seeking an energetic, proactive marketing professional to coordinate marketing activities across our offices in North Andover, Boston, Miami, Princeton, and San Diego. For over 20 years, CUBE 3 has been a design and innovation leader in the Boston market and nationally, with recent work in more than 25 states. Our diverse and dedicated team brings a broad range of expertise to meet client needs and deliver consistent, exceptional project work, and we are looking for someone with a strong, versatile skill set to help create, produce, and support the content that tells that story.


Brand Champion

  • Be CUBE 3's Brand Champion. Nurture, maintain and execution a shared alignment of CUBE 3's brand.
  • Work with Graphic Designer to carry assignments from concept through production, including marketing collateral, brochures,      booklets, interactive presentations and templates
  • Coordinate design and production for signage, environmental graphics and brand alignment across all offices
  • Support the Marketing Team with coordination of all required assets, collateral, and stationery

Content Collateral

  • Coordinate with firm publicity including awards, submittals, publications, and newsletter pieces 
  • Organize professional photo shoots of completed projects
  • Organize photography for staff headshots and other cultural events
  • Coordinate content for social media, e.g. creating graphics, video editing and posting
  • Advertising: keep track of publication schedule, work with publication and advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions
  • Coordination of all events related marketing materials and communications, online and offline, booth graphics and other marketing collateral; interfacing with print vendors as necessary
  • Maintain the CUBE 3 website with new project pages and updated graphics in close alignment with Graphic Designer.

Internal Communications

  • Responsible for oversight and maintenance of the firm's Intranet site with all internal-facing communications 
  • Coordinate with CUBE 3 Senior Management Team members with internal firm events and other special projects 

Support Business Development Team

  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver curated RFP's, qualifications packages, contracts and other RFP / RFQ requirements
  • Track, organize and confirm follow ups our "on call" company qualifications that facilitate our Business Development Team
  • Work with various team members to produce illustrations, infographics, complex long-format documents, and interactive presentations

Requirements

  Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 4-5years related experience in marketing coordination in a professional office setting
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or an equivalent level of experience
  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills cannot be understated. Your ability to interact with senior leaders and      across all departments is imperative to our Teams success
  • Strong organizational, strategic, analytical, and personal skills 
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the position, the employee may often work more than 40 hours per work week (i.e., Monday - Friday), as well as some weekend and off-site work. The employee typically is required to be present in and working out of the Company's office in North Andover, MA Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Our standard office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm however there is flexibility in the employees work schedule.
