We're growing,and we're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and delivering world-class automation solutions.
The Opportunity
This is more than a project management role, it's an opportunity to own the full project lifecycle.
From initial concept and proposal development through to delivery, testing, and final handover, you'll lead high-value automation and material handling projects ranging from $100K to $10M, typically delivered within 6 weeks to 9 months.
You'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at every stage.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual, budget, and timeline requirements
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and documentation
  • Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage change orders, and maintain project health
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Support and lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • Drive smooth project close-outs, including punch list management and documentation
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Conduct post-project reviews and help shape continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
You're a confident, proactive Project Manager who can balance technical delivery with customer engagement.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing project management role
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office & MS Project
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel ~20%

Highly Desirable:
  • Experience in automation, OEM, or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Visual Manufacturing)
  • Background in construction project management
