Custom Purchase Order Coordinator - Commercial Interiors

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedCustom Purchase Order Coordinatorto support the execution of custom commercial flooring orders. This role partners closely with Sales & Customer Service to ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and move efficiently through the production process. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, coordinating across teams, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.Thisrole isbased in Cartersville, GA and works in a hybrid way with 3 days/ week requiredin office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate custom order processingby reviewing purchase orders for accuracy, ensuring required details are complete, and routing orders to the appropriate internal teams

  • Track and manage orders through the workflow, following up on missing information and helping ensure timely movement to production

  • Partner cross-functionallywith Sales, Customer Service and internal project teams to support order execution and resolve routine issues

  • Ensure order accuracy and documentationby reviewing specifications, pricing inputs, and supporting materials, and escalating discrepancies when needed

  • Support pricing and commission processesby validating order-related data and ensuring required documentation is complete

  • Maintain order records and reporting, including tracking open and shipped orders and supporting month-end processing

  • Provide customer and internal supportby responding to order status inquiries and communicating updates clearly and promptly

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or operations coordination

  • Abilityandwillingnessto work in a hybrid way in Cartersville, GA 3 days a week depending on theneeds of the business, travelscheduleand collaboration focus.

Highly preferred experiences andskills:

  • Experience supporting custom or made-to-order products
