Job description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has a current opening for a Project Coordinator within the Decatur, Illinois team. This is a non-exempt role and has an expected pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Overall Purpose

The Project Coordinator works with the site management and project management teams to manage customer rework campaigns, new project implementation, continuous improvement projects, quality management projects, etc. Through continuous improvement efforts, the Project Coordinator works to increase the company's value to the customer while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance.

Site Manager/Area Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities

(To include but not limited to the following)

Operations

  • Manage and supervise the planning and execution of daily site activities to include current operations, customer requests, and new projects
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule
  • Provide directives to team to ensure customer requirements are being met and that material flow is properly maintained
  • Provide tracking and presentation of performance-based metrics
  • Maintain and improve productivity and quality levels
  • Respond to customer requests and implement customer feedback into daily operations
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with directives from the site manager
  • Travel is required
