Job description

The Digital Operations Coordinator is a dynamic, hybrid role supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS). This position is a critical link between daily operational execution and digital modernization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for leveraging low-code/no-code technologies to address complex challenges within a DoD environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development: Design, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages) to digitize and automate manual processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • SharePoint Development: Develop and maintain modern SharePoint sites utilizing out-of-the-box features and adhering to modern design principles.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Execution & Collaboration: Work independently to manage daily taskings while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Actively seek and incorporate guidance from the Tech & Automation Lead to ensure alignment with technical best practices and organizational standards.
  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver end-user training materials and provide comprehensive technical support.
  • Documentation & Records Management: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed IT solutions, while simultaneously maintaining accurate logs for facility operations, maintenance, and project tracking.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing: Apply structured testing methodologies to both digital automation projects and facility deployments to ensure reliable, consistent performance and safety compliance.
  • Operations & Tasker Management: Supports ETMS2 operations as needed, managing the routing , tracking, and timely execution of internal/external taskers.
  • Facilities & Project Coordination: Support day-to-day facility operations, including routine and preventative maintenance, space planning, vendor management, and small renovation projects. Maintain digital tracking of facility assets and equipment.
  • R&D and Continuous Learning: Research emerging tech trends and innovative improvements. Actively participate in training for new systems, programming languages, or operational domains as required by evolving organizational tech strategies.
