As the Project Controls Manager, you will lead and develop a team of project controls specialists and schedulers, providing strategic oversight of cost management, scheduling, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of projects. Partnering with project managers, executive leadership, clients, and vendors, you will drive standardized project controls processes, monitor project performance, identify cost and schedule risks, and deliver actionable insights that support successful project execution. You will also mentor and grow your team, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project controls best practices are consistently applied to meet organizational and project objectives.

What it takes?
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of project controls experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading project controls, cost, or scheduling teams
  • Proficiency with project tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
