Job Overview
Airswift is seeking a Cost Analyst & Document Controls Coordinator to support the Interconnects Governance & Portfolio Management team. This entry-level role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a foundation in cost analysis, project controls, and document governance within a structured, project-driven environment.
The successful candidate will assist with cost tracking, budget administration, invoice processing, document control, and financial reporting, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency with company standards. This position offers strong mentorship and exposure to project and portfolio-level financial controls.
Key ResponsibilitiesCost Analysis & Financial Support
  • Support Approval for Expenditure (AFE) setup, tracking, maintenance, and updates
  • Assist with invoice review, validation, and reconciliation against commitments
  • Support project cost reconciliation activities, identifying variances and discrepancies
  • Prepare final project cost invoices for internal review
  • Assist with project-level and customer financial reporting, including monthly and ad-hoc reports
  • Maintain accurate cost logs, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
  • Provide analytical support to senior cost analysts and project controls personnel
Document Control & Records Management
  • Support document control activities for project, financial, and governance documentation
  • Ensure proper version control, approvals, metadata, and document storage
  • Maintain document registers and review cycles in line with document control standards
  • Coordinate with document owners and SMEs on document updates and reviews
  • Support audit and compliance requests through organized document retrieval
Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based trackers, reports, and dashboards
  • Support month-end and reporting cycles by gathering required inputs
  • Coordinate with project managers, finance, and governance teams to ensure timely data flow
  • Provide general analytical and administrative support as required
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience (internships, co-op, or entry-level experience acceptable)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with financial and document data
  • Ability to follow established processes within a regulated or project-based environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
