Job description

Audubon is currently seeking a Project Administrator located in our Houston office.The Project Administrator will provide a wide variety of administrative support for the ProjectTeam and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The Project Administrator willpreparevarious documents,maintainproject files, and ensureadherence to standard procedures while developing familiarity with engineering terminology and project control processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
  • Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes,formsand other documents.
  • Generates reports to support project function.
  • Enters, updates, and maintains data within project database.
  • Edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
  • Organizes andmaintainsproject files and project Share Point site.
  • Reports administratively and receives direction from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
  • Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CAD/reprographics, and document control.
  • Uses the following office equipment, such as PCs, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.
