In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Control Assistant to support our project management. Primarily responsible for the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets of construction projects, ensuring compliance and timely project completion in alignment with project goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Involved in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against established baselines
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align project control activities with project goals
  • Adhere to project standards and guidelines
  • Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project control or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management and related documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills


Preferred

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certifications in project management or control are a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities


Additional Information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • On-site work required; occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.
