Job Title:Maintenance Associate, Full-time

Reports to:Maintenance Director, Business Manager and/or Pastor

Location: St. William Parish | Naples, FL

Classification:Hourly/Nonexempt

Overview

St. William Parish is looking for Full-time Maintenance Associate to assist with general maintenance of the Parish and Parish property.

Job Responsibilities

  • General maintenance and custodial care of Parish buildings and grounds.
  • Scheduling maintenance projects.
  • Fulfilling maintenance requests timely.
  • Replacing of light bulbs, air filters, ceiling tiles, light ballasts.
  • Painting, light carpentry and plumbing.
  • Stocking of all cleaning supplies such as soap and paper products.
  • Understanding and adherence to proper cleaning/sanitizing methods, storage and care of equipment and supplies, using guidelines mandated by federal/local agencies.
  • Setting up & break down for events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have basic maintenance skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, stretch, reach.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
  • Physically capable of climbing ladders in a safe manner.
  • Self-motivated individual able to work independently.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Must pass Level II FDLE background check .
  • Must pass a post offer DOV assigned physical exam.

Special requirements: Must be available to work on weekends and all holidays.
