This position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Position Summary
The basic function of the Project Management Associate is to assist in the daily details and project-specific requirements that are communicated to us from our clients. The primary function is to work with Project Managers on all projects that are being transitioned and/or in-process on both a pre-award and post-award basis. It is also the responsibility of the Associate to appropriately transition any related work into the various departments within Citation that are related to each project on a case-by-case basis.
Job Responsibilities
  • Complete as directed and in an accurate and timely manner, all work assignments; perform the work per the scheduled hours and make the most effective use of his/her talent and time
  • Perform a wide variety of duties at the direction of the Manager of Project Management in order to assist as a support structure for daily client communications.
  • Maintain in good order all records, files, client communications and the safe keeping of all company records, including any computer-related information.
  • Perform both preliminary and final quotations at the direction of the Manager of Project Management.
  • Create Project Scope documents based on customer and order specific criteria.
  • Create Project randomization files.
  • Update project management software with project data as needed.
  • Act as a support person for needs of Project Managers on various orders.
  • Answer client questions or contact clients to clarify any issues associated with our clients.
  • Be available to discuss internal department and external client complaints/inquiries as needed.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have a strong math background along with the ability to visualize and design label templates for creation of labels for application to various clinical supply components. (i.e., Vial and Carton Proofs).
