Responsibilities:
• supporting the Project Managers with overseeing and coordinating projects
• contributing to strategic project planning to support cross-functional and companywide initiatives
• ensuring optimal project performance by driving insights from data
• establishing KPIs
• monitoring and evaluating the overall project(s)
• leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills to serve as a strategic partner to the business and the project team with a desire to learn and grow
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University; a focus on, finance, business communications, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience within a business, consulting, or analytical role preferred; a focus on engineering, finance, management, information systems and/or business-related field preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Preferred:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred, proficiency in Excel, and Visio a plus.
• Experience in project management software, smart sheets is a plus.
