Job Summary
The Associate Project Manager will oversee busduct system projects for a singular capital account, handling all phases from planning through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and communicating with the client and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules aligned with client and internal objectives.
  • Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.
  • Track project budgets and provide regular updates, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Serve alongside the Program Manager as the primary contact for the client, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and providing status updates.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and respond promptly to issues.
  • Maintain accurate project records, prepare status reports, and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Invoice creation/validation/submission.
  • Other duties as assigned
