Assistant Project Manager - JLL

What this job involves:

The role is an entry-level role designed for early-career professionals or recent graduates. This position provides hands-on experience supporting infrastructure and facilities projects, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support project managers in planning and executing infrastructure projects.

  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource tracking.

  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings and communications with stakeholders.

  • Conduct site visits and assist with quality and safety checks.

  • Learn and apply project management best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent internship/work experience).

  • 0-2 years of experience in project support or coordination.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn technical systems and construction processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or co-op experience in construction, engineering, or facilities.

  • CAPM certification or coursework in project management.

Estimated compensation for this position:

73,000.00 - 93,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
