The Position:

  • We're looking for a Project Services Administrative Assistant for our Project Services department.
  • The salary range is based on experience.
  • We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) and profit sharing.
  • We also offer health insurances for full-time positions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate with customers and team members.
  • Blueprint reading and estimating experience, preferable. Open to sending to classes for the right candidate.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of data entry accuracy. Ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or purchasing. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient with ERP/CRM software, Microsoft Office, Internet, and email; Mac experience, a plus.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Purchasing and Production to ensure project timelines are established and delivery dates are met.
  • Provides quotes, prepares sales orders, and productions forms as needed.
  • Schedule and manage calendars for weekly meetings, client consultations, and Coordinator field/jobsite visits.
  • Assisting in preparing presentation materials, hand-outs, specification sheets, etc.
  • Assist with follow up calls and outreach initiatives.
  • Gather project completion data and photos for marketing purposes.

The Location: This position is based in Kenosha, WI, but travel throughout the country is required.
