CASE Office Assistant
Position Description
The mission of the Center for the Advancement of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Education - CASE - is to leverage the physical and intellectual resources of Bridgewater State University to build and support a diverse community of educators and students that promotes STEM interest and literacy both regionally and internationally.
CASE offers STEM programs for K-12 teachers, students and the community. Our programs take place on campus, in K-12 settings, and throughout the community.
The CASE Office Assistant will assist the Center for Advancement of STEM Education (CASE) staff with general office jobs.
Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Clerical work - answering phones, filing, photocopying, data entry, creating and maintaining center databases
  • Event Organization - assist with marketing of CASE programs
  • Research projects - assist with data compilation and reporting
  • Website - assist with website updates
  • Other duties as assigned
Eligibility requirements:
Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
