Job Purpose

To provide an accurate submittal for projects to reflect the most accurate scope of work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists the estimator by reviewing scope of work and pulling bid submittals
  • Review awarded project with estimator, project manager, and financial manager
  • Send out introduction letter to owner
  • Request shop drawings
  • Request P.O. numbers for materials needed
  • Request any subcontracts if needed
  • Prepare and submit project submittals
  • Request final shop drawings and roll order once submittals are approved
  • Review and approve roll order for production
  • Send order to production
  • Order all materials needed for projects
  • Communicate with subcontractors
  • Keep Wrike updated – there should be no blanks
  • Ensure any change orders are executed during project
  • Ensure project is closed out when complete
  • Some Travel Required(30%)
