We are looking for an Project Assistant to join our Personal Lines team on a Hybrid work schedule.
Overview:
This position encompasses three main components: Administrative Sales Support functions; Education & Technical Learning and Ongoing Mentoring.
Responsibilities:
  • Assigned reports for quality control within agency management system.
  • Provide support to the personal lines for agency book rolls/book thinning projects.
  • Responsible for developing complete familiarity with all forms and paperwork including their intent and purpose.
  • Responsible for implementing a quality control review process to assure the production of quality work and the provision of excellent customer service.
  • Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
  • Responsible for updating personal lines procedure manual/carrier update bulletin and distribution to team.
  • Meet KPI goals as established.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
  • Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
  • Experience with an automated agency management system.
  • Active Producer license or ability to obtain license within six months of start date.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to be proactive, anticipatory, and handle confidential material
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer focused

The expected salary range for this position is $20.44/hr - $30.77/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
