 We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to support a greenfield project transitioning from operational readiness into the construction phase.

This role will support project execution activities across engineering, construction, and commissioning, helping ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of key project milestones in a highly regulated uranium mining environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams to coordinate project activities and support field execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support coordination of greenfield mill and wellfield construction activities
  • Assist with planning and execution of operational readiness and transition-to-construction activities
  • Track and manage project deliverables, schedules, and action items
  • Support engineering and construction teams with technical coordination and documentation control
  • Assist with contractor coordination, progress tracking, and site reporting
  • Support field execution activities, ensuring alignment with project scope and design requirements
  • Help identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with engineers and site leadership
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and technical records
  • Support safety and environmental compliance across all project activities
  • Assist in commissioning and startup preparation activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in industrial projects (construction, mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry).
  • Experience working on project teams in field or site-based environments.
  • Exposure to uranium mining, mill operations, or wellfield systems is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
