Description:

Supporting FCAs and Construction Team with Daily Reporting

Going to the field to provide technical support on SharePoint and iPads

  • This requires someone with a lot of patience and a very customer service oriented personality
  • Someone who is familiar with an iPad and how to run basic functions on it
  • We have CAs working throughout all of San Diego County, Jacumba area, and South Orange County so this person would need the ability to drive to a jobsite on any given day to provide support if needed

Updating P6 activities to the Daily Reports

o This is done through excel, no P6 experience needed

Checking each project to ensure we are receiving a daily report for each day

Checking each project to ensure the daily reports are being approved

Adding additional CAs/Approvers/Projects to the daily reports

Adding additional activities, labor sources, and equipment to the daily reports per project

Supporting the Construction Team with SharePoint and Document Control

Checking in and sending Submittals, RFIs, Notices, etc.

Providing training/support on SharePoint Document Control system

Providing support via phone/email to contractors and SDGE team

Collecting and Distributing AsBuilts/Drawings (both electronic and hard copies)

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years office/clerical experience.
  • An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Some college coursework preferred.
