We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator I to support the successful delivery of projects in the telecommunications industry. The Project Coordinator I will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Communicate project status and issues to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Identify potential risks and issues and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation plans
