Job description

Title:  Project Analyst

Location: Springfield, VA

Clearance Required: Active TS with SCI eligibility

About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for a Project Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Systems Engineering Support (NSES) Practice at the Springfield, VA location.   The Project Analyst provides executive-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support to senior government leadership within a classified environment.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced headquarters or program office environment while handling sensitive and classified information.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a trusted coordinator responsible for managing executive priorities, tracking actions and suspense items, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and briefing materials, and facilitating communication among government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Typical responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of executive summaries and presentation materials, action-item tracking, visitor access coordination, records management, travel support, and administrative support for leadership engagements.
  • The Project Analyst may also support acquisition-related activities, vendor engagements, and executive meetings involving procurement-sensitive information and organizational conflict of interest (OCI) considerations.

Desired Skills:

  • Attention to details and strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Experience handling government travel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and/or Project to manage cost, schedule, and performance.
  • High level of proficiency in written and oral communications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

 Required Experience/Education:

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a related field, with at least five (5) years of experience supporting US Government programs.

An active TS with SCI eligibility.
