Job Description:

Position Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
  • The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process reviews to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, data migration, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and user adoption activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), workflows, and process maps.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Experience supporting business applications, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
