Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, support Agile delivery, and bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements. 
  • Develop BRDs, user stories, and process flows. 
  • Support backlog management and sprint planning. 
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
  • Maintain requirements traceability. 
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops. 
  • Support process improvement initiatives. 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. 
  • Experience with Microsoft business applications. 
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
Preferred Certifications
