What You'll Be Doing

  • Support HR Operations by enhancing existing HR processes through the use of AI tools, automation, and digital solutions
  • Assist with managing and tracking HR Operations projects, including timelines, documentation, and deliverables
  • Partner with HR team members to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions
  • Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations that support operational decisionmaking
  • Document standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

  • Enrollment in the later years of a bachelor's degree program or a master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR Operations, process improvement, project management, and applied technology
  • Ability to learn, test, and apply AIenabled tools in an HR environment
