POSITION SUMMARY

The selected intern works in direct support of The International Centerโ€™s Senior Vice President of Operations & Chief of Staff, and the Office Manager & CRM Administrator. This role is involved in the data systems and programs that manage our companyโ€™s organizational data. The intern uses data to help the organization identify and bridge customer and organizational gaps. This includes working with Neon CRM, which interfaces with SQL, to manage, analyze, and report data. This role also researches, analyzes, and creates data presentations that tell the story of our business to various constituents. Note: This internship is intended for current undergraduate students; masterโ€™s and PhD candidates are considered overqualified.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • CRM administration, data quality control, training
  • Document best practices for database use
  • Develop administrative and user SOPโ€™s
  • Create and report intern program data analytics
  • Analyze donor records to identify trends
  • Manage organizational projects โ€“ this โ€œspecial needsโ€ role and responsibilities will be further defined as project scopes & timelines arise

PAY & SCHEDULE

  • Interns work an average of 20 hours per week during the fall and spring terms, and an average of 30 hours per week during the summer term
