Position Summary

The Associate Support Analyst Intern will gain experience in account lockouts, password resets, answering phones, and routing trouble tickets. In addition, will gain experience in imaging, configuring, and setting up new workstations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor, review, and prioritize help desk requests
Provides a timely one-on-one end-user problem resolution via telephone and e-mail
Escalate complex Help Desk requests to the appropriate IT staff member
Assist in workstation deployments
Reset Password and unlock accounts
Install approved applications
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications

Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Net + or A + Certification a plus
Previous ticket/phone support system experience a plus
