Job description


We're looking for an organized, personable Project Administrative Assistant to provide wide-ranging administrative and project support for our Advanced Manufacturing team in Robstown, TX. You'll coordinate deliverables, process invoices, manage calendars, prepare reports and presentations, and serve as a welcoming front-line presence for a large volume of daily personnel - all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Pay: $26.50- $28.00 per hour DOE
What you'll do
  • Coordinate project deliverables, process invoices, and schedule meetings and calendar activities
  • Maintain and track databases; prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for the team
  • Greet and check in a high volume of personnel daily at the welcome center/front desk
  • Check in and review documentation for personnel entering orientation or training sessions
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff at all levels, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Provide general administrative and project support to help meet client objectives

What you need
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project coordination experience
  • Proven ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, clients, and vendors
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience greeting and checking in large volumes of personnel at a front desk or welcome center

Nice to have
  • Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing)
  • Experience reviewing and processing documentation for orientation or training check-ins
