We're looking for a Project Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with project teams, and takes pride in keeping project financials accurate, organized, and running smoothly. In this role, you'll partner closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, and Operations teams to support some of the most exciting commercial construction projects across California.

What You'll Do
As a Project Accountant, you'll play a critical role in managing the financial health of our projects from startup through closeout.
You'll:
  • Prepare and manage project billings and client invoices
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Track accounts receivable and support collections efforts
  • Manage purchase orders, subcontract financial documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate trade partner invoicing and lien release processes
  • Support project setup and accounting system administration
  • Partner with Project Managers to provide accurate financial data and forecasting
  • Help ensure compliance with contract requirements and accounting standards
  • Assist with project closeout activities, final billings, and reconciliations

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of construction accounting or project accounting experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall proficiency with Microsoft Office

$95,000-$112,000 USD
