Job description

HVAC Installation Subcontractor โ€” Air Divine Tampa Bay, FL ยท Primarily Ruskin to Riverview area ยท Contract / Part-time

PAY $700 โ€“ $1,200 per install. Most installs fall in the $700โ€“$900 range. Pay is negotiated based on job scope and complexity โ€” pricing confirmed before any agreement is signed.

ABOUT US Air Divine is a growing, family-owned HVAC business in the Tampa Bay area looking for a reliable subcontractor to help us keep up with increasing demand. You'll work primarily in the Ruskin to Riverview area on residential and light commercial installs, representing our company with professionalism and quality craftsmanship.

We currently schedule 1โ€“3 installs per week with a growing pipeline. We believe in keeping communication open, confirming all job details before you show up, and paying you as soon as we get paid โ€” no waiting around.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Install heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings
  • Install or replace ductwork as needed
  • Review and confirm all equipment needs prior to arriving on site
  • Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner
  • Track and return unused materials after each job
  • Leave every job site clean, safe, and up to our quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Florida HVAC contractor's license
  • EPA 608 certification
  • General liability insurance
  • Workers' comp insurance or exemption certificate
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Standard criminal background check required
  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience

Troubleshooting experience and weekend availability are a plus. If you don't meet every requirement, mention it in your application โ€” we're happy to discuss.
