Job description

Job Summary: As a dedicated personal lines account manager in office at our Tucker location, you will deliver comprehensive, cost-effective insurance products that serve our clients insurance needs and build long-term relationships with our clients and insurance carrier partners. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Client Management and Support a. Independently manage new client submissions, applications, renewals, endorsements, audits, and assist with client presentations as well as maintaining accurate client data in Biltmore's agency management system. b. Lead Biltmore's efforts to provide best in class client service, by being the subject matter experts on the insurance coverage Biltmore provides ensuring the ability to answer insured's questions and concerns regarding coverage, claims, and billing. c. Collect insurer quotations, negotiate rates, order loss runs, provide analysis. Responsible for ordering renewals, including binders, invoicing, premium financing as needed. Receive insurance policies and review for accuracy and make corrections as needed. d. Assist clients in reporting claims to carriers. e. Answer any client coverage questions and review insurance provisions within contracts and advise appropriately. 2. Business Development a. Cross-sell existing Biltmore personal lines clients as well as selling to potential new clients. b. Providing support to producers selling new personal lines business. 3. Miscellaneous a. Respond to client's needs by producing binders, certificates of insurance policies, etc. b. Ad hoc tasks assigned by management. What you will receive:
