This position is located statewide in Oklahoma.
Programs Manager III - E11C CW Annual Salary $66,106.39 + Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A master's degree and two years of professional experience
  • OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serves as Direct Supervisor for a team of Programs Field Representatives who serve as liaisons that provide consultation and expertise in the comprehensive, multi-functional program of Foster Care and Adoptions and any related policies and procedures.
  • Position plans for the future direction of the Foster Care and Adoption program and sets standards within federal and state regulations.
  • Assists in the development of specialized services within the various divisions and units of the agency; may assume the duties and responsibilities of the unit's Programs Administrator in their absence.
  • Actively engages in working with key stakeholders to develop feedback regarding data, outcomes, and collaborations to improve outcomes.
  • Reviews correspondence and reports from field staff; interprets decisions on questions of policy and administration to field staff.
