This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Programs Manager III
E11C DDS Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A master's degree and two years of professional experience
  • OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

Job Responsibilities:
  • The program manager supports the program administrator in overseeing and coordinating DDS intake operations, including coordinating daily activities, monitoring workflow, achieving program performance targets including timely processing of cases, meeting established service level expectations, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Directs the Family Support Assistance Payment program, DDS Medicaid Liaisons, and the Respite Voucher Program.
  • Supervises and sets priorities for two program field Representatives and three administrative program officers.
  • Allocate staffing resources to ensure necessary program development and oversight.
  • Develops, trains and implements program policies.
