* Masters degree preferred in business, Management, Healthcare Administration or related field Or Bachelors Degree with 2 years relevant experience

The Program Manager provides system-wide management, planning and implementation of digital functionality to support the INTEGRIS digital front door, virtual visits including consumer based peripheral devices, and other digital solutions as directed. Responsible for planning, managing, executing and advancing the digital footprint to include understanding the voice of the customer.

*Supports the implementation of digital health functions, objectives, and strategy to include development and driving of project plans and identification of resource requirements. Establishes priorities based upon importance and urgency to ensure completion of projects.

* Sources and analyzes consumer behaviors and voice of the customer to create customized technology that demonstrates value for consumers

* Coordinates and supports the day-to-day activities of the program including the development of key metrics and targets. Develops, executes and monitors ongoing projects to ensure timeliness of deployment. Ensures reliability of digital solutions and when required leads troubleshooting efforts for rapid resolution.

* Identifies opportunities for digital programing to include vetting of solutions and making recommendations for engagement. Assesses technical and operational opportunities. 

* Coordinates with Information Technology and outside vendors to ensure support within the current infrastructure and architecture. Ensures compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

* Communicates across the organization and educates on opportunities, benefits, and functionality. Acts as liaison with the relevant work groups to include clinical work areas. Assigns activities to members of the project team and follows up to ensure appropriate, timely execution of project tasks.

* Develops and manages project budgets including grants associated with virtual health delivery. Develops business cases for new solutions. Reports to VP Physician Operations
