Overview

Paystand is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Programs Intern to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, including corporate events, partner marketing programs, webinars, and cross-functional marketing campaigns.

This role will work closely with the Partner Marketing Manager and gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale B2B marketing programs that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and partner relationships.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and interested in learning how modern B2B marketing teams operate.

What You'll DoEvent & Program Coordination
  • Support planning and execution of major corporate events, including SuiteWorld and Community Summit
  • Assist with event timelines, project plans, and task tracking
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Help manage attendee lists, registrations, travel coordination, and event communications
  • Support booth, sponsorship, and on-site activation planning
Partner Marketing Support
  • Assist with partner marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Help coordinate partner communications and promotional activities
  • Support tracking of partner-sponsored programs and deliverables
  • Maintain marketing calendars and program documentation
Campaign & Project Management
  • Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met
