Job description

We are looking for a Director, Channel Management, who will report to the Director of Portfolio, Strategy, Channel and Customer Experience, and who’ll be responsible for defining and executing the global dealer network strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives, dealer and customer experience standards, and operational excellence. This role provides strategic leadership across network design, governance, performance programs, and digital transformation, while overseeing a high-performing team and managing cross-functional collaboration across Legal, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Strategic Leadership and Business Management

  • Define and execute the channel management strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for channel operations.

Dealer Network Framework and Governance

  • Establish and oversee dealer agreement frameworks, network policies, and governance standards in partnership with Legal.

  • Own dealer-related customer master data strategy in SAP, ensuring data integrity and effective account lifecycle management.

  • Oversee network operations support across key business lines, ensuring alignment with product and market priorities.

  • Lead audit, compliance, and risk management frameworks across the dealer network.

  • Define and execute network footprint strategy, including expansion, consolidation, and market optimization.

Dealer Network Programs

  • Lead the strategy and execution of dealer programs that drive performance and customer experience.

  • Oversee certification programs, including standards, processes, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage dealer performance initiatives (e.g. scorecards, PerforMAX), including communication and stakeholder alignment.

  • Direct dealer financial benchmarking programs.

Dealer Technology and Digital Transformation

  • Lead integration between Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms to enable seamless data flow and insights.
