How you will contribute:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical part in keeping our service operations running smoothly by coordinating technician schedules, managing service requests, and ensuring timely communication across customers, field teams, and internal departments. Your ability to stay organized and responsive will help make sure we deliver efficient, high-quality service every day.
You will contribute by supporting the full lifecycle of service work. From setting up maintenance contracts and reviewing work orders to assisting with billing accuracy and customer follow-up. By maintaining detailed records, coordinating documentation, and helping streamline administrative processes, you'll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
In addition, your partnership with service sales, operations leadership, and technicians will strengthen collaboration across teams. What you need to qualify:

One to three years of prior experience in a service-related position, an associate degree in a related field is a plus and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
